1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

In no event shall mwinph's total liability to you exceed the amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the mwinph platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game interfaces, and audiovisual materials, is the property of mwinph or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the mwinph platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact mwinph customer support at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue legal remedies as provided by law.

11. Termination and Suspension

mwinph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Failure to provide requested verification documents;
• Creating multiple accounts;
• Any other conduct deemed harmful to mwinph or its players.

Upon termination, your account will be closed, and any remaining balance (minus any amounts owed to mwinph, including bonuses subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification. mwinph is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from account termination.
